Fluvanna County, Virginia

Fluvanna County is conveniently located to the east of Charlottesville and west of Richmond. Along the Interstate 64 corridor there are many subdivisions for commuters to both cities. Lake Monticello, a gated community, is the largest community within Fluvanna and provides for a recreational lifestyle for all ages. Lake Monticello is an easy 25 minute drive to Charlottesville.

The land is mostly rolling with an occassional glimpse of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the west. Palmyra is the county seat and is conveniently located along Route 15 between Zions Crossroads and Fork Union.
