1st Quarter 2010
Great buys exist in some of the Charlottesville area subdivisions. The strongest segment of the market has been homes for sale priced under $300,000 due to the first time home buyers tax credit and that conventional loans are much easier to obtain than jumbo loans. As you will see in the graphs below, the more affordable communities of Lake Monticello and Spring Creek have experienced the most sales.
