Lake of the Woods, a community on the eastern side of Orange accounts for nearly one-third of the real estate market activity in Orange County.

There have been very few short sales in the Orange County marketplace. As of this writing there are four short sale homes available for sale and two homes have sold as a short sale in 2011.
